Regina and Bob Fancher

Regina and Bob Fancher are The Fancher Team, and they have been for over 45 years! They have lived in Arlington, Texas since 1989 and are deeply involved in the community. They’ve worked side by side as real estate partners since mid-2018. In all they do, Regina and Bob strive to make a positive difference and improve the lives of those around them, including clients as well as peers, neighbors, and the greater community.

Bob was previously a pharmacist for nearly 40 years. His longtime relationships and rapport are built on listening and communication skills as well as earned trust. His skill set is complemented by Regina’s 25 years of experience as a travel and event planner, where attention to detail while multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining people skills are essential. “Think of it like event planning on wheels or with wings,” she says. Regina also has a background in textiles, and home interior function and design, making her an asset to clients as they try to envision a property as their home.

Regina and Bob carry these same skills and philosophies into real estate. They appreciate each client as unique, listening carefully to their needs while paying attention to every detail. They find great satisfaction in helping clients make memories. They’re equally at ease with buyers and sellers, offering their experience and expertise to obtain optimum results. “We work with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, veterans, and retirees,” Bob says. “There is something for everyone in this market.”

The Fanchers are active in their church and give back to the community, supporting the Arlington Life Shelter and Arlington Urban Ministries and volunteering at Carter Junior High in Arlington. They love to travel, listen to live music, and are avid baseball fans.
